1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue use of our site and services.
2. Services
Choicevectorway provides interior design consultation, spatial planning, and project management services. All service descriptions, timelines, and pricing are subject to change and are confirmed via written agreement before project commencement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design concepts, is the property of Choicevectorway and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non‑exclusive licence to use the final design deliverables for the intended project. Source files may be transferred under specific terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding their project.
- Grant access to the premises for site inspections.
- Obtain necessary approvals from landlords or strata bodies.
- Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule.
5. Payment and Deposits
A deposit of 30% is required to secure a project slot. Progress payments are due at milestones defined in the proposal. Final payment is required before delivery of documentation or handover. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.
6. Limitation of Liability
Choicevectorway is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, the client shall pay for work completed up to the effective termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
