Design Development
A 40% milestone payment follows after the concept design is approved and we move into detailed drawings and material selection.
Pre-Construction
A 20% payment is due before we issue final documentation for tender and coordinate permits or approvals from relevant authorities.
Final Handover
The remaining 10% is payable upon successful completion, followed by our comprehensive walkthrough and after-care briefing.
